We want to get to know your business. You’ll meet with one of our expert designers to outline your website needs and the overall marketing goals and objectives your new website should help you achieve.

If you’ve elected to add a copywriting or logo design package, you will meet with each of those teams separately. This allows our creatives (web designers, copywriters, and logo designers) to give you their full attention and dedicate the maximum amount of time to the questions they need answered to get you what you need.

Our creatives will come together after your call(s) to collaborate and make sure your website best fits your voice and objectives.

Showtime! Draft 1

Draft #1: sent

We’ll send you a private URL to review the first draft of your website.

Draft #1: Revisions

Once we send your first draft, we require that you review it thoroughly and start making notes about requested changes. It’s best to do this within 15 business days of when the review is sent so we you don’t fall behind schedule.

Your requested revisions should be organized in a word document and/or single email. Doing so helps us stay organized and on task to ensure we make your requested changes.

It’s important to get your feedback to us within 15 days. This keeps the site content and your revisions fresh in your mind. If you need more time, we certainly understand. When you’re ready to provide your feedback we’ll let you know when you can anticipate your next round of updates based on our design schedule.

Second Act! Draft 2

We’ll resend your private URL to review the revisions we’ve made to your your website.

Draft #2 Revisions

Once you’ve reviewed the changes, we require that you review it thoroughly and make notes about requested changes. As we mentioned before, It’s best to do this within 15 business days of when the review is sent so we you don’t fall behind schedule.

The Home Stretch

Yay! We’re close! Your final round of revisions will polish your site and we’ll prepare for launch! We complete a preflight checklist to ensure we manage every detail.
